We invest in income-producing assets across the Southeastern U.S. and Texas, with a current focus on multifamily and industrial product types. By targeting the lower-to-middle market, where equity requirements range from $2 million to $10 million, Pine Arbor and its partners can more efficiently diversify their real estate allocations and capitalize on opportunities ordinarily out of reach for individual investors and insufficiently scalable for institutional capital.

Positive going-in leverage with attractive in-place cash flow and located in supply-constrained markets displaying structural population and job growth. $2 million to $10 million in equity or $6 million to $30 million total deal size.

Intense focus on risk management and downside protection vis a vis acquisition basis, active asset management, and sensible leverage. Deals should never require perfect market conditions to perform, much less cap rate compression. We plan accordingly.
