Justin Lewellen
Managing Partner
Justin founded Pine Arbor Capital in 2025, drawing from two decades of experience ranging from corporate finance and capital markets to deal execution and asset management. He has worked closely with institutional partners, operating teams, and stakeholders across multiple real asset classes, while gaining hard-earned insight throughout multiple market cycles.
The first 13 years of his career were concentrated between energy and infrastructure, where he held leadership roles at both publicly traded and privately held companies. In his final role during that period, he served as CFO of Lagoon Water Solutions, an oilfield pipeline and water logistics firm, leading efforts to secure a transformative $500 million equity commitment from Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets Group.
In 2019, he transitioned into private equity real estate where he led debt capital markets for Humphreys Capital’s $1.5 billion portfolio in addition to leading equity originations and asset management for its Southeastern U.S. strategy.
He holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Oklahoma State University, where he serves on the Spears School of Business Board of Directors.
Aside from managing Pine Arbor, Justin enjoys coaching his son's 10U baseball team, attending his daughters' ballet recitals, and traveling with his wife of 13 years. The Lewellen’s are connected within the community at Bridgeway Church, where Justin and Amanda met in 2010. They have one son, Sam (10), and two daughters, Genevieve (7), and Stevie (4).
